Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta was co-founded by Chad VanHoose and Karah VanHoose.
To create a positive, safe haven space for at-risk urban youth — reaching them where they are and equipping them for their futures through mentorship, leadership development and the Bridges to Success™ Program.
