Meet the Vision Behind Xtreme Dreams
Karah VanHoose — Founder & Executive Director
Karah VanHoose founded Xtreme Dreams Foundation of Atlanta and leads it as Executive Director, guiding the programs, events and community partnerships that carry the work forward.
To create a positive, safe haven space for at-risk urban youth — reaching them where they are and equipping them for their futures through mentorship, leadership development and the Bridges to Success™ Program.

The Bridges to Success™ Program is where ticket sales and community support go — investing in the future of young people with leadership development, career readiness, entrepreneurship, mentorship, college and scholarship preparation, workforce development and life skills.
