FOLLOW EVENT GUIDELINES:


Generator Requirements

  • Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own quiet, properly functioning generator. Must comply with noise regulations. Fuel must be safely stored. Extension cords must be outdoor-rated and secured.

Fire Safety

  • Fire extinguisher (ABC type) required.Propane must be secured.Follow all fire safety regulations.

Health Requirements

  • Vendors must comply with all health department rules. Food trucks must pass inspections. Food Tent vendors must be in regulation with the Catoosa County Environmental Health Specialists 706-406-2030. Organizer not responsible for compliance.

No Refund Policy

  • No refunds under any circumstances.Funds support nonprofit community efforts.

Liability

  • Vendor assumes all risks and releases organizers from liability.
